She’s also a born storyteller who can tell a good yarn filtered with gold nuggets to help other people be successful too. As founder of The Switcher, she works with amazing organisations across Australia and around the world and is in her happy place when she’s helping to drive Strategy, Marketing, Innovation and Propositions for launch. She’s full of positive energy and facilitates workshops that people remember for years to come.

Anna was an Innovation Facilitator with Raw Innovation, a global Innovation company for 10 years, where she helped INSPIRE Innovation and DO REAL innovation. She’s a big fan of rolling up her sleeves and getting on with it, a great legacy after being the Director of Innovation at McDonald’s. She was a highly successful innovator and executor, having developed innovative concepts and product development on a local and global level. She led their Development Process, sold growth strategies to tough stakeholders and then implemented them into over 1000 restaurants in Australia & New Zealand. With over 10 years at the world’s biggest restaurant under her belt, she developed some global big hitters, such as the Angus Beef burger, Frappes and Smoothies to name a few.

Her love for business and big ideas began in the Advertising Industry, where she mastered the art of creating and selling big ideas, working with DDB Sydney, DDB Chicago & Clemenger BBDO. In her spare time, she’s the President of the MidCoast Business Chamber to support business big and small and help them smash their goals. She’s Mum to three beautiful girls, lives on the river in Taree on NSW’s Mid North Coast and juggles her passion for business with typical family life. It’s never dull, but she wouldn’t have it any other way!
